  REPORT     As   a   part   of   Navanosh   programme   of   English   Option, Anjali   K,   Philomina Sonu   Nivin,   Chandhni   Chacko   and   Angel   Jenson   was   incharge   of   Canteen from 25/08/2025   to   29/08/2025.   On 25/08/2025,   the special item of the day was   Vatteppam   made   by   Chrislin   Santhosh   C.   On   26/08/2025,   homemade item   was   Chappathi   Samosa   which   was   made   by   Sr   Rya   and   on   27/08/2025, the homemade item was Pazhampori which was made by Sr Oswin.On 29/08/2025,   as   part   of   Onam   celebration,   the   items   were   sip   up   and   juice.

 Report on Navanosh The Navanosh Canteen at Navajyothi College of Teacher Education for Women, Olarikkara, was organized by the English Option from 19th to 22nd August 2025 with the motto “Earn while you learn.” The canteen was onlooked by Anju Maria Kidangan, Risvana K A, Aruni C A, and Athira K. It offered a variety of Kerala snacks each day along with special homemade items. On 19th August, the menu included Pazhampori (homemade by Anju Maria Kidangan), Ullivada, and Parippuvada. On 20th August, the dishes were Uzhunnuvada, Parippuvada, and the homemade Unniyappam prepared by Athulya. On 21st August, the menu featured Ullivada, Parippuvada, and the homemade Kozhukkatta prepared by Anupama Thottathil. On 22nd August, the canteen offered Uzhunnuvada, Parippuvada, and the homemade Kinnathappam prepared by Chandini.

 The "Earn While We Learn" programme of Navajyothi College of Teacher Education for Women, Olarikkara, Thrissur, was inaugurated on 8th August 2025 at 10:45 a.m. by the Principal, Dr. Sr. Gigi Paul. For the academic year 2025-26, the project was titled "Nava Nosh". The theme of the inaugural day was "Recipes with Bread", presented under the title "Crust and Crumbs From the following day onwards, in addition to packed food items like chips, two bakery snacks and one homemade snack were served daily. During the first week, the following items were prepared and sold: 11th August 2025: Unniappam prepared by Christeena K.V., along with uzhunnuvada and pazhampori. 12th August 2025: Ullivada and samosa, with pazhampori homemade by Anz Rose. 13th August 2025: Parippu vada, masala bonda, and bread samosa (homemade by Angel Jenson). 14th August 2025: Uzhunnuvada, ullivada, and pazhampori which was a homemade snack prepared by Anjali K. The Navnosh Canteen organized by English option was conducted from 09/09/2025 to 17/09/2025 under the initiative of Christeena,Anupama Thattil,Irene Nelson,Sr Rya,Sr Oswin and Vaishnavi. Christeena was incharge of the cash and accounts on these days. On each day two readymade snacks (12 Rs each) and one homemade item(12 rs each) was provided along with light snacks and sweets.
